Bonum
Bonum has been founded in 1992 as a private company for production and processing of mushrooms (agaricus bisporus and pleurotus) as well as processing of vegetable products for mass consumption.

Today, Bonum has the largest facilities for production and processing of mushrooms in Macedonia.

The company has installed its mushrooms production facilities in Skopje and in village Psacha, Kriva Palanka. Annual production capacity is 800 t of fresh mushrooms and 1,200 t of processed mushrooms. As an integral part of the production facilities, there is a processing department where the mushrooms as well as other products: pepperoni, cucumbers, beetroot, paprika, mix salad etc. are processed. Bonum has the largest production line in Macedonia for roasted paprika, home made ajvar and lutenica. Annual processing amounts to 3,500 t of final products.

The company has devoted itself to constantly develop new products and to improve production standards. The strict quality control, good manufacturing practice and following strict rules of ISO and HACCP standards are essential guarantee for the successful sales of the products domestically and abroad during the last 12 years.
