About our production proces

Annual production capacity of Bonum, as the largest factory for production and processing of mushrooms in Macedonia, is 800 t of fresh mushrooms and 1,200 t of processed mushrooms.

Apart from mushrooms, Bonum is processing the following vegetable products: pepperoni, gherkins, beetroot, paprika, mix salad, home made style salads etc. Bonum has the largest production line in Macedonia for roasted paprika, home made ajvar and lutenica. Annual processing capacity amounts to 3,500 t of final products.

Following the customers' needs, continual growth through customer satisfaction, high quality of the products, and following strict rules of ISO and HACCP standards are essential guarantee for the successful sales of the products domestically and abroad during the last 12 years.
